This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of gymbim.com, gym operators who subscribe to GYMBIM, their staff, and end members whose data is processed through the platform.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email, phone number, gym/business name, billing address, and login credentials for gym operators and staff.
Member data (processed on behalf of gym operators): membership details, attendance logs, payment records, and biometric templates (with explicit consent).
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, usage analytics, and log files.
Communications: support tickets, demo requests, feedback, and marketing preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide, operate, and maintain the GYMBIM platform and related services.
To process subscriptions, payments, and send transactional communications.
To provide customer support, onboarding, and technical assistance.
To improve our products, fix bugs, and develop new features (using aggregated or anonymized data where possible).
To send product updates and marketing communications where you have opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing GYMBIM services), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent (marketing, biometric enrollment), and legal obligation.
Gym operators act as independent data controllers for their members' data. TECHIMPACE acts as a data processor/fiduciary for platform operations. Data Processing Agreements are available upon request.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: trusted service providers (cloud hosting, payment gateways, email/SMS delivery) under contractual safeguards; legal authorities when required by law; and with your explicit consent.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred subject to the same privacy protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

GYMBIM is not directed at children under 13. Member accounts for minors may be created by gym operators with verifiable parental or guardian consent, in compliance with applicable laws.
