CPCPA Compliance
Consumer privacy rights and disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
1. Scope
This notice applies to California residents whose personal information is collected by TECHIMPACE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED through the GYMBIM platform, website, and related services.
GYMBIM is proprietary software of TECHIMPACE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62099WB2025PTC280498).
2. Categories of Personal Information
Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address, account username.
Commercial information: membership plans, transaction history, payment method metadata (processed via certified payment gateways — we do not store full card numbers).
Biometric information: facial and retina scan templates used for gym access control, collected only with explicit opt-in consent.
Internet or network activity: login timestamps, feature usage, device type, and browser information.
Professional or employment information: where gym staff accounts are created by operators.
3. Sources & Purposes
We collect information directly from users, from gym operators who onboard members, automatically through platform use, and from integrated payment processors.
Purposes include providing gym management services, biometric access control, billing and subscription management, security and fraud prevention, customer support, and product analytics in aggregated form.
We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Your California Privacy Rights
Right to Know: Request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and third parties with whom data is shared.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions (legal obligations, security, completing transactions).
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Not applicable — GYMBIM does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: California residents may limit use of biometric data to access-control purposes only.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
5. How to Submit a Request
Email office@techimpace.com with subject line "California Privacy Request" or call +91 86955 11929. Include sufficient information to verify your identity.
We will respond within 45 days. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.
6. Retention & Security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Security measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
